CHANGE MYTHS: MODERN INSIGHTS FROM SCIENCE BACKED & EVIDENCE BASED MODELS TO ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE on Wed, 9/20 @ 5 pm
In this webinar, Paul and Tricia use humor and candor to share ideas from their new book Change Myths. Many change models were developed decades ago: Schein in 1960s/1970s. Kotter's and Conner's ideas hail from the early 1990s.
For change to progress, we need to take advantage of the best new ideas from the human sciences. Neuroscience ideas are being recruited into change methodologies. Likewise, behavioral science. But we also need to discard harmful myths - those mostly older ideas that are way past their sell-by date.
Bonus! Be the first to learn about content from their upcoming book “The Future of Change Management”- a collection of essays from around the world covering topics such as inclusion, sustainability, behavioral science, neurodiversity, neuroscience, gamification, and more!
