Scholarship Opportunity
Crestcom International is offering two full scholarships (48 PDUs) to its BPM leadership and management skill development program. The scholarships include tuition, materials, learning portal access, follow-up meetings and quarterly updates for your corporate sponsor if you have one.
The program focuses on twelve fundamental skills needed for successful leadership and
management of teams: communication, customer focus, decision making, developing productive teams, diversity & inclusion, emotional intelligence, innovation, leading through change, managing energy & time, problem solving & strategic thinking, and recruiting & retention.
Attend a 4 hour workshop once a month for twelve months. In each workshop we address two key management skills in a blended learning format. Participants sit at round tables and the class is a mixture of video presentation from world renowned experts, facilitated exercises, role playing and
discussion. Each workshop earns 4 PDUs.
During each workshop, create a Personal Action Plan based on best ideas from the session. You
have a month to implement the plan and practice the skills you have learned. 7-10 days after each workshop, you’ll meet with your Crestcom facilitator to review progress, your goals, and results.
Commitment: You commit to attending twelve 4 hour sessions, being an active participant, implementing your action plans and the goals you set for yourself, sharing your success stories with the class, and having fun!
Eligibility: You’ll benefit most from the course if you lead a team, either directly or indirectly, and/or you’re an experienced PMP. If you are employed by a company you must have your supervisor’s permission to make a commitment to attend.
Application Process: Email nina.hoffmann@crestcom.com to schedule a zoom conversation. If you and she both believe it beneficial for you to join the class, she will meet with you over zoom for an orientation meeting prior to the first workshop. If you are employed by an organization she will
also meet with your supervisor to review the program if he or she needs more information.
Logistics: We meet at the Airtel Plaza Hotel in Van Nuys, the second Thursday of each month beginning May 2023. Alternative sessions are available (both in-person and virtual) should you
need to reschedule a class.
