Exploring AI Integration in Project Management | Call for Research Volunteers

Professional Community Events

This qualitative research study examines how project management professionals are integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into project monitoring and control workflows. As AI-driven tools, as predictive analytics, automated dashboards, and risk forecasting, become increasingly prevalent in project environments, the study seeks to understand how these technologies are applied in practice, the challenges professionals encounter during implementation, and the strategies that support effective adoption. Professionals at varying stages of AI use are encouraged to participate, including those whose experience may be limited to tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT for activities like meeting notes, documentation, or task support.

Call For Research Volunteers

Participation in the study involves a one-time, 30-60 minute interview in which participants will be asked to discuss their experiences using AI within project management contexts. Findings from this research will contribute to the development of practical, real-world frameworks intended to improve AI adoption, usability, and effectiveness in project settings. Participation is voluntary and confidential, and the study aims to advance understanding in the evolving field of AI-enabled project management.
