Research Volunteers Needed
Are you a Project Management Professional who has experience using AI-driven tools?
We invite you to participate in a research study!
Study Purpose:
This study explores the experiences of project management professionals integrating AIdriven monitoring and control mechanisms into project workflows. The goal is to identify
practical, user-friendly frameworks that improve AI adoption and effectiveness.
You may qualify if you:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must reside and work in the United
States. - Must have professional experience
working in project management
workflows. - Must currently use, or have recently
used, AI-driven tools for project
monitoring and/or control within a
professional setting. - Must be employed or engaged in
organizations that have
implemented or are in the process
of implementing AI technologies in
project management. - Must be willing to participate in a
recorded semi-structured interview
(approx. 45-60min). - Must be willing and able to review
a transcript of their interview to
confirm or clarify responses
(member checking). - Must be able to provide informed
consent.
Compensation:
There is no compensation for
participation.
Participation is voluntary, and you
may withdraw at any time.
Participation Details:
Review and sign an informed consent form (5-10min).
Complete a 45-60min semi-structured interview
(Zoom, phone, or in-person).
Review the transcript of your interview to clarify,
confirm, or correct any misinterpretations (member
checking, 10-15min) via email or secure file-sharing
platform.
Discuss your experiences, challenges, and strategies
using AI in project management workflows.
