Volunteer Spotlight on Ashley Tall
Our shining Volunteer Spotlight for the month of February is Ashley Tall! Ashley has been volunteering with PMI-Los Angeles for over a year and is currently a volunteer with the Membership Committee. Among her many contributions, Ashley is our chief liaison with Marketing; she creates the graphics for the Volunteer Spotlight.

1. What aspects of your involvement in this chapter bring you the most satisfaction?
My involvement in this chapter brings me the most satisfaction through the collaborative efforts with fellow members, as we work together to achieve common goals. Additionally, seeing the positive impact our initiatives have on the community and the growth of the chapter is incredibly rewarding.
2. What personal benefits do you derive from your volunteer contributions to PMI-LA?
Through my volunteer contributions to PMI-LA, I have gained valuable leadership experience and the opportunity to enhance my project management skills in real-world scenarios. Additionally, the connections and relationships I build with other professionals in the chapter enrich my professional network and personal growth.
3. Do you have a PM Tip that you would like to share with chapter members?
One key PM tip is to prioritize clear and consistent communication with your team to ensure everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project. Additionally, always be proactive in identifying and mitigating risks early to keep your project on track.
