1. What aspects of your involvement in this chapter bring you the most satisfaction?
I am most satisfied with making new professional connections with individuals who are passionate about project management and what we can do together to help the community
2. Considering your experience, what guidance would you offer to newcomers joining the chapter?
My advice for newcomers would be to participate in events and join the team. This is the best way to make connections.
3. What personal benefits do you derive from your volunteer contributions to PMI-LA?
Volunteering for PMI-LA is rewarding because it allows me to connect with other project management professionals as well as give back to a community using my project management skillset.
