At PMI-LA, our strength comes from volunteers who quietly power the systems behind the scenes. This month, we’re proud to spotlight Jennifer Shetland, a dedicated contributor whose cross-functional impact supports multiple areas of the Chapter.

Jennifer began volunteering with PMI-LA in May 2025 and currently supports the Membership Committee through metrics reporting in ThoughtSpot, helping the chapter track performance and make informed decisions across teams. Her work ensures that our chapter decisions are backed by data, insights, and operational clarity, a critical foundation for sustainable growth.

A Community That Supports Growth

When asked what belonging to PMI-LA means to her, Jennifer shared:

“Belonging to PMI-LA means being part of a diverse community of people from all different industries, backgrounds, and experiences. I see it as a place where professionals can share knowledge and support one another. And don’t be afraid to ask for help — PMI-LA members are very open and happy to lend a hand or offer guidance.”
