PMI-LA_50th_Anniversary_Final2-02.png

Join us for a dynamic 1.5-hour panel discussion as we delve into the transformative collaboration between Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Managers Without Borders (PMWB), and PMI Los Angeles Chapter. Discover how this union amplifies the capacity for social impact through project management expertise, fostering sustainable solutions worldwide.

Our esteemed panelists, including Pierre Le Manh (PMI President & CEO), Menaka Gopinath (PMI Chief Marketing Officer), Deanna Landers (PMWB founder), and David Doan (VP of Operations/President-Elect of PMI-LA), will explore the strategic integration of PMWB into the PMI framework. David Doan, as the project lead for the two PMWB pilot programs, will provide updates on their work with The Good Karma Los Angeles and Pasadena Humane.

Learn how this synergy between PMI, PMWB, and PMI-LA fulfills PMI’s purpose (“We maximize project success to elevate our world.”) by applying expert project management to nonprofit projects, and project management coaching and mentoring to partner staff to make a positive difference in the world.

Whether you're a seasoned project management professional or a passionate advocate for social impact, this panel promises to inspire, inform, and ignite your commitment to making a difference on a global scale. Join us and be a part of the movement towards a better world through project management excellence.

At this event, we will be hosting an in-person social impact activity to build personal Care Kits for The Good Karma Los Angeles.
