PMI-LA SPECIAL FLAGSHIP EVENT | Business Agility: An Enabler for Project Management
Business agility refers to approaches organizations and individuals use to rapidly adapt to market and environmental changes in productive and cost-effective ways. Today’s businesses require an Agile mindset and a new set of skills for guiding teams. Every level and every role in today's organization must focus on bringing innovation and continuous improvement into our work. The tools that served us well in the past do not necessarily still apply.
In this presentation, you will explore:
- The mindset, approaches, and skills demanded in today's dynamic and fast-moving world – a world where change is constant, disruption is expected, and teamwork is a competitive advantage.
- Ways to transfer Agile techniques to improve business agility at the organizational level and the connections to project management.
