About the Speaker: Zach Loeb
Zach Loeb | Intuitive | Career Coach | Executive Recruiter
A career coach for 5 years, Zach helps professionals across industries adapt to change, clarify goals, execute plans and find their next venture. He guides his clients to assess and identify their own talents and past accomplishments, striving to help them think creatively about future possibilities and attain goals by consistently taking targeted action.
In addition to one-on-one coaching sessions, Zach delivers a monthly workshop at the outplacement company Lee Hecht Harrison on the power of using intuition in making career decisions. He has delivered this session as well at Southland Technology Conference, WeWork, Spaces, and other LA businesses. He spoke on a related topic as host of TEDxUniversityofLaVerne in 2018.
Prior to coaching, much of Zach’s career was spent in recruitment. For Management Recruiters International, he conducted national executive searches for start-ups to Fortune 500s while training and onboarding new recruiters. He also oversaw recruiting for a matchmaking company with 16 offices in the U.S. and Canada.
Having learned to market himself to make whatever career change he sought, he thrives helping others find their purpose and create the work life of their choosing, teaching the networking and intuitive skills he developed along the way.
