CAREER DEV | DOWNTOWN LA | Optimizing Execution to Accelerate Projects and to Maximize Value
Project plans frequently fall apart during execution. With changes in work scope, time & resources required to perform tasks, it is very difficult to schedule daily tasks across projects and resource groups to meet project goals, including ROI maximization.
We will discuss a new approach for unifying project teams and stakeholders at all levels, for enhancing the flow of productive work, and for aggregating risk for much higher portfolio reliability and for increasing the Return on Investment. Proven results from complex projects will be presented. Applicability of this approach for entertainment and smaller construction projects will also be discussed. How new technology enables us to be much more proactive will be highlighted to avoid costly re-baselining and to manage the unexpected. Principles of High Reliability Organizations will also be summarized with examples from Project Management.
