About the speaker
Eric Brown has spent his entire career in technology working for large consulting companies, and startups. He loves helping teams unlock their potential, and one way is through the use of simple organizational tools. He is the PMI-LA Vice President of PMO & Administration. He envisions a future where the VP of PMO & Administration role is taken to the next level, adding value to members, volunteers, and the entire board of directors. This requires strategic thinking and working with the current board to identify opportunities to improve.
