FLAGSHIP | Establishing Self Leadership as a Navigational Beacon to Team Inspiration

Leadership = Power Skills

Great leadership isn’t just about guiding others—it starts with leading yourself. During our April Flagship meeting,  Tiffeny brings insights from her journey with Team USA, highlighting the mindset, discipline, and resilience required to excel at the highest levels. She will explore how self-leadership serves as a navigational beacon, inspiring teams to push past obstacles, embrace growth, and achieve collective success.

Drawing from her executive leadership company,  Sidetracked Path (www.sidetrackedpath.com), this talk will dive into the core principles of self-leadership that drive high-performance teams. Just as elite athletes rely on their internal compass to stay focused, motivated, and adaptable, effective leaders must cultivate self-awareness, accountability, and vision to inspire those around them.

Attendees will walk away with actionable strategies to:

  • Strengthen their self-leadership identity through discipline and mindset shifts
  • Navigate challenges with clarity and confidence, just like top athletes do
  • Empower their teams through vision-driven leadership and shared goals
  • Foster a culture of trust, motivation, and peak performance

By mastering self-leadership, you don’t just steer your own course—you become the guiding light for your team’s success.
