The idea of delivering projects that span multiple countries can for many feel overwhelming. We will look at the opportunities and challenges that arise when working internationally and the steps that can be taken to ensure project success. As part of this discussion we will look at the following:

- Driving consensus when everyone speaks a different language

Peter Ryan has over a decade of experience delivering digital transformation for companies spanning all major industries and across countless countries. While based in London, Peter oversaw the delivery of all Salesforce projects for IBM in Europe. Upon his return to the United States Peter co-founded CloudMasonry, a full-service Salesforce consulting practice focused on delivering digital transformation for organizations of all sizes.
