MULTI-CHAPTER MEETING | How to Reimagine Meetings: Building Brave Conversations to Shape the Future Together

Leadership = Power Skills

One of the best ways to change our life experiences and to power our work into the future is to reimagine our meetings. Most meetings are downloads sessions, data dumps, with no real listening. But people want to feel more connected, not less. Meetings should be designed with intention, as a time and space to build things together and not just part of a mundane routine. Join us in this session, where we'll explore the keys to building the best meetings, where people feel fully connected, collaborative, and are co-creating the best work together. We share our approach in igniting Apple’s transformative “working different together” mantra, and how other great cultures have harnessed the power of co-creation in meetings, in practical ways that anyone in any organization can do now.

In this session, we'll explore: (1) Reframing meetings with the power of questions, (2) Building a Braintrust to co-create the best ideas, and (3) Connecting more dots and influencing horizontally.

Learning Objectives: Audience members will leave motivated to:

    • Unlock creativity and engagement by leading with questions and turning pain into power
    • Ignite a culture of constant collaboration by making others the mission and defining the situation
    • Inspire people to do the best work of their lives by creating context with patterns and aligning by following true north
