SOCIAL IMPACT | Midnight Mission - Day of Caring
On the frontlines of Skid Row, helping men, women, and families reclaim their lives through recovery, dignity, and direction. Assist our kitchen with serving our Skid Row community a nutritious Lunch.

Volunteers will assist with the following tasks:
- Set up our food line with the meal that our kitchen has prepared.
- Serve our Skid row community a delicious hot meal.
- Maintain our Dining Hall cleanliness to ensure that guests have a clean place to eat.
- Once the meal service is over you will assist our kitchen by clearing the food line, wiping tables, sweeping, and taking out the trash.
Details
- Attire: Pants, sleeved shirt, closed toe shoes
- You must agree to complete a COVID-19 Rapid Test upon arrival
- Height Requirement of 4.5ft or taller.
- Bring a bottle of water
Please create a profile on The Midnight Mission's new platform Get Connected . You will need to sign a waiver and the profile will need to be approved prior to registering an event.
Once your profile has been approved, please register for " Lunch Service" under August 23, 2025. Click on " Respond Individually", and please send the following information to SocialImpact@pmi-la.org with your full name and email address to be added to the team. Only limited spots are available for this event, please register early to ensure your spot to the event.

This is NO PDUs as this event does not fit into the talent triangle. This is Community Service. There will be an opportunity to network with other PMI-LA members at this event.

Face masks are optional. The Chapter will have some available should you feel more comfortable wearing one. Please e-mail if you want us to bring one for you.
Parking
The Midnight Mission has underground parking, you can take the elevator directly to the lobby from the parking lot.
