NORTH LA | Relation Based Leadership – Innovation thru Implementation

Leadership = Power Skills

In today’s business climate, complex change is happening at a faster rate than ever before.  Organizations, and consequentially, their leaders, are required to flex rapidly to their surroundings and address threats and opportunities.  Twentieth century, authoritarian based leadership styles are not properly suited for the demands of rapidly changing twenty-first century issues.  Leaders can no longer make decisions in an ‘Ivory Tower’.  Instead, leaders must earn the trust needed to build relationships.

Relation Based Leadership:

(1) promotes the empowerment of others to make decisions;

(2) encourages and supports ‘failing fast’; and

(3) fosters an organizational culture capable of thoughtful innovation thru implementation.
