This month, the PMI-LA Book Club will discuss "Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones" by James Clear

Earn PDUs by sharing your thoughts on this popular book with fellow and future project managers.

Additionally, there will be a presentation on a project management topic: 1% Better Every Day: A Framework For Project Excellence. Audience takeaways will include: 

Discuss habits that project managers can use to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Schedule regular retrospectives on your team's calendars to ensure consistency in feedback and improvement.

Make it Attractive: Vary the format of retrospectives to keep them engaging and encourage participation.

Make it Easy: Allocate time at the start of retrospectives to gather thoughts and identify improvements, making it easier for team members to contribute.

Make it Satisfy: Share the results of retrospective improvements to motivate team members and reinforce the value of their contributions.
