WEBINAR | Wildly agile: a dog musher’s perspective on project management, business analysis, and managing change

Leadership = Power Skills

The highest rated speaker at MPI’s (Meeting Professional International) World Education Congress in 2014!

Being Wild means having the courage to bring the gift of all of who you are, to all of what you do!

'Virtual reality' has taken on a whole new meaning as we meet in each other’s living rooms, finding our way in this utterly new terrain.  Whether zoom meetings are commonplace or new for you and your team, it calls for Wildly Inclusive Leadership in order for projects to move forward and team members to be present and engaged.  With the help of some hilarious stories and analogies from Chris’ sled dog team, we’ll dig into how to:

  • Be ‘under-cover alpha dogs’
  • Influence and manage ‘up’
  • Guide change
  • Work with ‘what is’
  • Draw out the unique talents of each member of your team, whether they have four legs or two!

About the Speaker

Selected as a Top Ten Speaker of 2014 by MeetingsNet, Chris Heeter is out to create a Wild revolution in the workplace. A wilderness guide since 1984 and member of the National Speakers Association, Chris has led and worked with countless groups, both canine and human, helping them find their way as teams, organizations, and individuals.
Featured on The Discovery Channel's “National Geographic Today,” she brings decades of leadership experience indoors, to conferences and offices, working with teams and leaders, helping us recognize that leadership and communication doesn't have to be so complicated!
Deftly connecting business expertise with hilarious stories from her sled dog team and from whitewater canoe trips, Chris strengthens teams, inspires wild leadership, counts all the “I’s” in “Inclusion,” and helps organizations develop a Wild work culture.
