The Brand Called You Intensive & Interactive 3 Mondays Workshop
You will learn the three most important aspects of this session:
Session 1 - Skill Inventory
Skill inventory serves as the foundation of building your brand. In this session, you will be given an assessment to fill out. Through Keith's coaching, you will have a better understanding of your strengths and how you could leverage your strengths to continue building your brand.
Session 2 - Personal Branding
We do a deep dive into building your brand and exercise practical skills, such as effectively constructing and communicating your elevator speech. We will also explore effective LinkedIn profile branding and strategies to verbalize and socialize your personal brand for recruiters and potential hiring managers during interviews.
Session 3 - It Is A Continuous Process To Grow & Excel
Personal brand building is a constant process and it evolves with time throughout your career, personal life, or business. We will explore the strategies to evolve this process, what stays as the foundation, and what changes as we progress.
About the Instructor
Keith Birch is a proven leader with 19 years' experience as an IT Project Manager/Change Manager/Process Improvement Manager. As a Change Manager, he has delivered successful international Change Management initiatives to a host of Fortune 500 Companies. From Healthcare, Banking, and Hospitality while working with a global team with geographically distributed colleagues, he has managed to successfully deliver change.
As a Change Manager, he coached senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. He created & implemented change management strategies and plans that maximized employee adoption and usage, and which minimized resistance. This led to increased benefits realization, value creation, ROI, and achieving valuable results and outcomes on a global change management project.
Keith is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with his peers and colleagues. He is a Trustee with the PMI Los Angeles Chapter, an Agile Coach, trainer, speaker, storyteller, and an aspiring scratch golfer!
Ferlicius Ong is the founder of CRE8VALUE, an event producer/director, speaker, corporate trainer, mentor, and platform closer. She provides mentoring & training on transferable technical and soft skills to individuals, who focus on professional and personal transformation.
Ferlicius has more than 20 years of experience in PM consulting and has led geographically distributed and cross-functional teams in corporate America's private and public sectors. She focuses on bringing consumer technology to life, embracing the concept of agility in business and digital business transformation.
