Multi-Chapter | Pro-juct: Debunking the false debate Between Project Management and Product Management

Leadership = Power Skills
Strategy = Business Acumen

In this fast-paced and thought-provoking session, Jesse Fewell, PMP, unpacks the roots of this perception gap and reveals how project and product management can co-exist to create stronger outcomes. Through real-world examples and actionable insights, he’ll confront stereotypes head-on and highlight the shared competencies that drive success in both disciplines.

At the end of the session, attendees will be able to:

  • Understand the evolution of project and product management perceptions—and why the distinction matters in today’s workplace.
  • Apply tools and practices from both domains to increase influence, drive value, and thrive in hybrid environments.
