Multi-Chapter | Overcoming Fear as the PM
Fear is an ever-present, often unacknowledged factor on virtually every project. Whether admitted or not, sponsors and key stakeholders are fearful, team members are worried about delivering what is needed, and then there is the PM! They have their own fears, and have to deal with everyone else’s fears as well!
While that sounds like torture, there are easy-to-deploy ways to address this…and stay sane. The key is to recognize that fear is present, identify its sources, focus on facts, and realize that the ominous voice in your head often lies. We’ll discuss how best to do this in this interactive presentation.
