Summary:  Change is constant—yet many leaders apply static approaches to complex, evolving situations. In this one-hour session, you'll learn to diagnose what kind of change you're facing, understand why resistance emerges, and tailor your approach to the specific context, stakeholders, and complexity involved.  You'll explore change management fundamentals grounded in organizational psychology, examine real-world change scenarios, and leave with a framework for adaptive leadership that adjusts to circumstances rather than forcing a predetermined approach.

Target Audience: Project Managers, Program Managers, Change Leaders, anyone responsible for leading organizational initiatives

SESSION DESCRIPTION

 
In this one-hour session, explore change management fundamentals grounded in organizational psychology, examine real-world change scenarios, and leave with a framework for adaptive leadership that adjusts to circumstances rather than forcing a predetermined approach.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES


Upon completion of this one-hour session, participants will be able to:
 
  • Assess change complexity and diagnose sources of resistance to understand what's really driving concerns
  • Tailor change strategy based on organizational context, readiness, and stakeholder needs—moving beyond one-size-fits-all approaches
  • Communicate change effectively and apply adaptive leadership to a current organizational initiative
