Asia Bribiesca-Hedin is an executive coach, leadership educator, and former management consultant and senior strategic portfolio manager who helps professionals and organizations make better decisions under pressure. She is the founder of BridgewellPro, where she works with leaders across industries to strengthen leadership effectiveness, influence, and strategic decision-making. Earlier in her career, she worked in consulting and corporate transformation roles, partnering with organizations to lead complex initiatives and large-scale change efforts, most recently leading a strategic portfolio for City of Hope. Asia is also the host of the television show Job Hunt LA, where she interviews experts and leaders on career growth and job search strategy. She holds graduate degrees from the University of Southern California and frequently speaks to professional associations and organizations on leadership, influence, and navigating complex workplace dynamics.
