Mr. Szabo built a 400 person sales team, an elite 50 person web team and participated in the raising of 100+ million to fuel a financial sector startup. Founding partner and CEO at AIXIA Global, a company specializing in digital transformation services, the New Space Economy and the application of AI and industry 4.0 technology, Mr. Szabo has both a deep technical and business background and was recruited at the birth of the public internet to work with teams at Universal Inc. on strategies to deal with the threats posed by Napster, MP3 and the digital evolution of the music industry. He participated in the restructuring of Universal under Seagram’s ownership, the merging of Universal with Polygram and the creation of Universal's first global Program Management Office. Mr. Szabo is a published author, innovator and speaker with a proven record of successfully applying new technologies ahead of the industry curve, sharing meaningful insights and helping companies leverage agile thinking to gain a competitive advantage.
