Caltech CTME, Advising and teaching AI programs
Jen García, PMP, advises and teaches AI programs at Caltech's Center for Technology and Management Education (CTME), where she designs and delivers AI fluency curriculum that helps project managers and non-technical professionals put AI to work in their day-to-day practice. She is also the founder of Ingrained.ai, an AI tools training company. A Microsoft AI Engineer Associate and Associate Systems Engineering Professional, Jen draws on 20+ years in education to translate technical concepts into accessible, practical skills. She is a sought-after speaker known for engaging, accessible presentations.

Community Engagement Specialist, PMI North America
Swetha Chandraprakash, MBA, MSPM, CSM ( currently pursuing PMP) is a Community Engagement Specialist with PMI North America, where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen community engagement, volunteer leadership, chapter partnerships, and professional development across the region. Her work spans student engagement, workforce development, PMOGA, PMI: Next initiatives, Agile Alliance collaborations, Path to PMP webinar sessions across North America chapters and community programs that connect people with opportunities to learn, grow, and lead. With over 13 years of experience in program management, community building, and stakeholder engagement, Swetha is passionate about transforming ideas into meaningful experiences that create lasting impact and empower individuals throughout their professional journey. 

Networking Director & Flagship Director, PMI Los Angeles
Anne Chu, PMP, is a project management professional with over 15 years of experience leading projects, programs, and operations across media, technology, real estate, and live events. Throughout her career, she has led global, cross-functional teams, driven organizational growth, and managed complex initiatives, bringing together people, strategy, and execution to turn ideas into meaningful outcomes. Today, she applies that experience through her freelance work, where she manages and supports large-scale events and brand activations for some of the world’s leading technology and consumer brands, including NVIDIA, Amazon Music, Brooks, and Nike. Having recently earned her PMP after taking the newly updated exam, Anne brings an experienced practitioner’s perspective and firsthand insight into today’s PMP journey.

Vice President of Operations, PMI-Los Angeles; Business Process Improvement, Pacific Life
Phoebe Jane Johnson, MBA is an enterprise transformation and technology leader with experience spanning technology strategy, artificial intelligence and automation, portfolio governance, and organizational change. Project management has been a constant thread throughout her career, leading complex enterprise initiatives involving mergers and acquisitions, technology modernization, AI and automation, and large-scale transformation. She currently serves as Vice President of Operations and President-Elect for PMI Los Angeles and previously served as Vice President of Programs. Phoebe’s own PMP journey has not been a straight line. She has started, stopped, and restarted the process while balancing a demanding career, leadership responsibilities, and life outside of work, and she is currently working toward earning her PMP. She brings a relatable perspective for anyone who has postponed the exam, questioned whether they are ready, or feels they should be further along. Her experience is a reminder that there is no single path to professional growth, and starting again is still moving forward.
