Caltech CTME, Advising and teaching AI programs
Jen García, PMP, advises and teaches AI programs at Caltech's Center for Technology and Management Education (CTME), where she designs and delivers AI fluency curriculum that helps project managers and non-technical professionals put AI to work in their day-to-day practice. She is also the founder of Ingrained.ai, an AI tools training company. A Microsoft AI Engineer Associate and Associate Systems Engineering Professional, Jen draws on 20+ years in education to translate technical concepts into accessible, practical skills. She is a sought-after speaker known for engaging, accessible presentations.

Community Engagement Specialist, PMI North America
Swetha Chandraprakash, MBA, MSPM, CSM ( currently pursuing PMP) is a Community Engagement Specialist with PMI North America, where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen community engagement, volunteer leadership, chapter partnerships, and professional development across the region. Her work spans student engagement, workforce development, PMOGA, PMI: Next initiatives, Agile Alliance collaborations, Path to PMP webinar sessions across North America chapters and community programs that connect people with opportunities to learn, grow, and lead. With over 13 years of experience in program management, community building, and stakeholder engagement, Swetha is passionate about transforming ideas into meaningful experiences that create lasting impact and empower individuals throughout their professional journey.
