This session will address the ways in which project managers need to adapt to incorporate the mindset and techniques from agile methods within current traditional techniques and practices. It has become obvious that “no one size fits all”. Additional items need to become part of a project manager’s toolkit.

Speaker
Greta Blash has extensive experience as an executive and consulting IT professional, both domestically and internationally. Her areas of experience include program management, project management, agile/adaptive development, customer relationship management, and business intelligence.
In addition to her PMP and PgMP certification, she also holds agile certification (PMI-ACP, DASSM, and CDAI) and business analysis (PMI-PBA) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI).
Greta has taught project management, business analysis, and agile foundation and certification courses worldwide for the last ten years. She is the co-author of a number of project management books available on Amazon. She also has two Business Analysis courses on Linkedin Learning, include Business Analysis for Project Managers,
She is a frequent presenter at various PMI meetings and conferences at the local, regional and global levels. She has been recognized as a reviewer of the 5th, 6th and 7th editions of the PMBOK Guide, the 4th edition of the Program Management Guide, and as an SME and reviewer of the Business Analysis Standard, Benefit Realization, Earned Value, and Scheduling Practice Guides from PMI.
