Joshua Barnes is the founder of Process Mentors Inc., head of Business Agility Practice. Process Mentors is a PMI Authorized Training Partner focusing on training, assessments, and coaching services.

Coach and Mentor: As an agile coach, he provides training, whole team coaching and one-on-one mentoring at the team level as well as executive management, leadership and oversight roles

Writing: Author of Implementing the IBM Rational Unified Process and Solutions: A Guide to Improving Your Software Development and Maturity (IBM Press, 2007). Joshua has written for publications including the IBM developerWorks and InformIT.

Workshops and Seminars: Has over 15 years of experience teaching and facilitating both formal courses and many types of workshops. He regularly facilitates workshops for development teams, business roles, leadership, and executives.
