In this session, we will review Best Practices for using Critical Path method, plus enhancements for Project Scheduling, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
Learning Objectives:
Participants, current & future practitioners will:
- Appreciate the underlying concepts and enduring Essential Elements of the iconic Critical Path Method ‘Roadmap’ for Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring Projects Utilize the template (provided) to correct a common and frequently-observed -- but erroneous --scheduling practice
- Adopt the recommended graphic time-scaled networking and milestone features -- to enhance visual schedule comprehension, performance monitoring & management, and Motivate IT specialists to upgrade &/or supplement pertinent extant PM software -- by incorporating a time-scaled networking graphic -- to facilitate user comprehension.
