Career Development - Project Management Product Series
The 2024 Career Development team is thrilled to introduce a new presentation series, showcasing innovative Project Management Products to our Chapter Members and the Project Management Community
Product: Tato
Come learn about Tato. The AI powered, Project focused platform that is purpose built to understand and have visibility over the real work being done on your projects. Tato adds value to projects by joining day-to-day interactions, helping team members be more productive, auto-documenting the project, and providing visibility and alerts to stakeholders across the project portfolio -- In real-time.
Some examples of what Tato does:
- Provide centralized and automated RAID logging (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) throughout interactions on the project.
- Anchor communications and actions on the RACI matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Inform), making sure that the right people are contacted at the right time, with the right content.
- Identify issues/trends and surface them so they can be handled before problems materialize.
- Build and maintain a constantly evolving project view to give project members an accurate view of the project at all times.
- Chat with Tato to ask questions about your project.
- Track the topics that are most important to you, on one or multiple projects, and have Tato notify you as new information becomes available relative to those topics.
- Track and present an accurate view of milestones, timelines, scope, and many more aspects of the project which constantly changes over time.
