Dr. Delaney is a former Naval Officer and engineer with decades of experience successfully communicating complex and technical topics. Dr. Kevin Delaney is a former submarine officer and presently an electrical engineer with extensive experience in statistical signal processing, data analysis and system performance prediction for biotech, oceanic and communications systems. Delaney has deep experience as sea trials scientist & team leader on oceanographic vessels, nuclear submarines and offshore oil platforms. He is a skilled technical communicator and regularly presents to professional audiences on ways of improving communication skills particularly in the context of project management.
