These are challenging times as we all reach for the highest peaks in team performance and innovation. Diversity, equity and inclusion has resurfaced for many teams and organizations as an important strategy, but how does that translate to 'street level tactics' and day to day work with teams?

About the Speaker
Alicia McLain is a certified professional coach, public speaker, trainer and an entrepreneur. She is an Organizational Transformation & Leadership Coach with over 20 years of experience within the software development and IT domains. As an agility coach, her expertise is in the change management aspects of Agile transformation. Alicia coaches, trains and transforms mid-size to large companies both domestically and internationally. Known as the “Organizational whisperer,” Alicia has a focus on using coaching to build agility and accountability in organizations and on teams. She has a keen sense of connecting individuals to their purpose and helping them build leadership agility and resilience to tackle the challenges of their daily work.
