WEBINAR |Too many tasks & information overflow? Eisenhower is here to save you!
We are all inundated with continuous information and constant demand on our time. How do we balance tasks that are critical, time sensitive, from those that are distractions? In this talk, we revisit the well-established Eisenhower Decision Matrix. We will discuss the foundations of the matrix, including the time management insights it has delivered since created in the mid-20th century. We will then discuss how we modernize aspects of the matrix to fit our data and technology rich society, as well as how can this tool be applied to those of us who are individual contributors. Please come prepared to share your thoughts and have an interactive discussion on a topic that can be universally applied across industries, roles and geographies
