"The GSD Company," to uncover the secrets of effective project planning that gets sh*t done. If you've ever wondered why projects take longer than expected or questioned the need for certain tasks, this talk is for you. Learn to define and scope projects for impactful leadership, eliminate avoidable blockers using Assumptions, Risk, and Constraints, and build a robust work plan that positions you as a true leader.
