Webinar | Business Process Mapping Best Practices
Overview of Business Process Mapping Best Practices, designed especially for those who lack experience mapping business processes.
I will begin with an overview of business processes, beginning with a brief history of process mapping & Lean Six Sigma, and will demonstrate process levels. The session will continue with facilitating process meetings and working with stakeholders to gather relevant data. I will then demonstrate time-tested procedures for mapping flowcharts and show how process levels integrate into actual flow maps. I will then discuss conducting reviews, defining, logging, and capturing metrics. Finally, the session will conclude with finalizing and baselining the processes for delivery to the client, with an emphasis on ongoing monitoring.
