Join us for a captivating exploration of the future of AI in business and society. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the landscape of business and society, offering both immense promise and significant risks.
In this talk, Dr. Mooney will begin by delving into the promises of AI, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, automation, and innovation. Real-world examples will illustrate how AI increases efficiency, enhances customer experiences, and fuels creativity. However, we also identify the perils: ethical dilemmas, harm from biased data and algorithms, job displacement due to automation, and other societal challenges. Dr. Mooney will also discuss the critical role of diligent management of AI projects in realizing its potential value and mitigating its risks.

Parking is available on the first floor of the parking garage which is visitor parking. If that is full, you may park on the top level of the parking garage and take the elevator down to the North Lobby.
